This house has potential all over it. This house features a cupola (dome like structure for light) most likely inspired by the Italianate design, which there are some homes in Winfield, KS with that design. It is believed the roofing and decking were redone in 2010, although the current owner does not have any documentation of such. It is obvious from some of the attached pictures there has been re-decking done. This is an 1890 built house according to county records! The home appears to be level, but no inspections have been done.
